Paperclay's amazing versatility is the ideal medium for my aesthetic. I can texture the slabs easily by pressing into the wet clay rubber stamps or tiles that I make with different motifs. Paper clay allows me to work very thinly, making some of the clay walls translucent.
I can design horns and spikes and thorns and hats and simply add them to the body of the piece with water.
